Our eggs come from poultry farmers who not only comply with the strictest government standards, but also the criteria imposed by Lecoque Eggs.
At the entrance, the eggs are checked for freshness, yolk colour and weight. Afterwards, they are processed in accordance with HACCP legislation and the BRC standard, and quality and hygiene are strictly monitored throughout the production process.
The eggs are boiled, peeled and packed using the very latest techniques. In addition, our in-house lab continuously investigates how the quality and shelf life of the products can be further optimised.

Our water treatment system allows us to recover 80% of our waste water and reuse it in our production process.
A new environmentally-friendly cooling system was put into operation. The use of new cooling technologies using ammonia is environmentally friendly and energy efficient.

Even the eggshells are given a new purpose: they are processed into a secondary product for arable farming.
