Our eggs come from poultry farmers that not only meet the strictest governmental standards, but also the criteria of Lecoque eggs.
When they are received, the eggs are controlled for freshness, egg yolk colour and weight.
They are then processed in accordance with HACCP legislation and the BRC standard. Quality and hygiene are strictly monitored throughout the entire production process.
The eggs are boiled, peeled and packaged according to the latest modern techniques.
We also continually perform research in our own laboratory to further optimize the quality and shelf life of our products.
